Return Overview
Wellspirefit™ wants customers to feel comfortable when choosing home textiles. If an item is not suitable or arrives with an eligible issue, customers may contact us for return review.
Return Window
Return requests should be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Requests outside this window may not be eligible.
Return Conditions
To qualify for review, items should meet these conditions:
- The item is unused, clean, and in original condition
- Original packaging and included accessories are kept when possible
- The item has not been washed, altered, damaged, or heavily used
- The return request is approved before the item is sent back
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact us promptly with:
- Order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A short explanation of the issue
Items That May Not Qualify
Returns may not be accepted for items that are washed, used, stained, altered, missing parts, damaged after delivery, or sent back without approval.
